Chairman of Blackrod Urban District Council: 1933-34

Born: Blackrod 5 March 1868

Died: Blackrod 24 December 1943

Miners' Union leader for the district, he attended Miners' Federation Conferences from 1895.

He was Vice-Chairman from 1930.
